Refund deadlines, policies and processes

Refunds for hostel bookings are processed within our normal timeframe, i.e. 24 hours after the cancellation request. Please note that the time it takes for the money to become available in your account depends on your bank or payment service.

 

When and how you receive your refund depends on the payment method.

 

If you paid with a credit or debit card

• CyberHostel will process the refund and credit the card you used to make the booking within 24 hours. After this processing, your bank will take care of the rest. Please note that it may take up to 7 days for the credit to reach your account and up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
    • Has it been more than 7 days and you still haven't received the refund in your account? Contact your bank or credit/debit card issuer to check the status.

Non-refundable bookings

 

Some bookings are non-refundable.
You can cancel free of charge up to 2 days before your arrival date.
If you cancel after this period or do not show up, you will be charged for the first night of your booking.


When you cancel, you will simply not receive any refund.
